Four Estates is a volunteer led community development charity founded in 1999 by local residents wishing to bring about positive changes in their communities and to improve the quality of life for local people. As a grassroots organisation working at the very heart of neighbourhoods in Halton, we are in constant engagement with residents and feel proud to work alongside them to provide services and activities which address current and emergent local needs.
